Odom
Industries, Inc. birthed in June of 2001 from manufacturing and
fabricating heavyweight RK Fab/Stacey Mfg., possesses over 100
years in the Large Segmental Heads and Cones industry. Custom
heavy press forming has been a specialty for Odom Ind for years
as well as three-dimensional burned shapes and emergency repair
services. We specialize in cold-forming large diameter segmental
heads and cones from all metals up to 2-3/8" thick. Odom
Industries also has affiliation with ASME ("U" Stamp)
and The National Board ("R" Stamp). Our cold-forming
methods are per ASME Section VIII, Division I tolerances using
a 425-ton hydraulic press.
Odom Industries,
Inc. offers a full range of large-scale fabricating services for
the steel mill, mining, construction and petrochemical industries.
Moreover, we offer 24-hour emergency service with contingency
plans for material and manpower.
Odom Industries
is also capable of producing general fabrication goods, ranging
from steel industry ladles to exotic metal ductwork. Odom Ind
is a turnkey provider of custom parts for steel, petrochemical,
food processing, structural fabricating and construction/mining
equipment enterprises.

Growth: Odom
Industries operates under an aggressive growth plan stimulated
by intelligent acquisitions and building partnerships as a key
supplier to Fortune 500 companies. In 2003, Odom acquired the
business assets of RK Fabricating, which significantly increased
Odom’s fabrication capacity. This acquisition increased
the Gross Revenue 800% in the first year. In 2004, Odom entered
into a strategic partnership with AK Steel, a Fortune 500 Company,
for their $65-million EPA Emissions Reduction Project currently
underway at the Middletown Works. This project has added nearly
$1,000,000 in Gross Revenues in 2004. Additionally, it permitted
Odom to purchase approximately $280,000 in equipment assets significantly
increasing Odom’s capacity.
